Very sorry to hear of Steve's passing and my heart goes out to Ruth and his family. I worked with him at Aberafan House from 2004 to 2010. He showed me the ropes when I started at the Council as a clueless kid and we passed many a dull work day with great laughs. Rest easy Steve, I'll remember you fondly.
