RamseyDAVY(1949-2022) In the early hours of Friday 7th January, Ramsey John Ferguson Davy, aged 72 sadly passed away peacefully in his sleep after battling a short illness, with such courage and dignity. Ramsey's quick wit and sense of humour will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Beloved Husband of Jackie. Dear Brother of Brian. Incredible dad of Gary, Rachal, Robert and Jade. Loving grandad of Stephen, Elisha, Kayleigh, Mason, Aubree, Oakley, Davey, Kourtney, Brandan and Jack. Much loved uncle to Lisa, Johnny and many more, father in law to Paula, David, Paula and Mick. Dearest Brother in Law and a wonderful friend to so many. Ramsey was passionate about his beloved dog Princess who was always by his side, Princess will be leading Ramsey on their final walk together. Ramsey lived a wonderful life he's had such a huge impact on the lives of many. Ramsey wouldn't want anyone to be sad at his funeral so please remember all the good times you've had with him. Funeral will take place at West Road Crematorium at 11am on February 1st. Ramsey will be leaving for his final journey from his childhood home, May Avenue (Davy's fish shop) he will then head to Yewvale Road in Fenham, where he spent the last 15 years with his family, then on to West Road Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Ramsey's funeral will be streamed for those who can't attend. Donations, if desired to Macmillan Cancer Support.
