Michael JohnDEMPSEYPeacefully on Thursday 18th July at Morriston Hospital, John of Ynyswen, Penycae. Devoted husband of Daphne, adored father of Angela, Julia and the late Andrew and a doting grandfather and great-grandfather. The funeral will be held on Wednesday 31st July. Service at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Ystradgynlais at 11am followed by interment at St David's Church, Abercrave at 11:45am. Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired in memory of John may be given to The Renal Unit Fund, Morriston Hospital (cheques please) kindly received by Roger Castle & Daughter Independent Funeral Directors, 86 Commercial St, Ystalyfera, Swansea. SA9 2HU. Tel: 01639 843231.
