NancyDUNBARIt is with great sadness we announce that Agnes Dunbar (nee Boyle), otherwise known as Nancy Dunbar, died suddenly at her home on 7th March 2020. Nancy was the beloved wife of the late Robert, much loved mother of James, Robert & Helen and a loving grandmother. The funeral service will take place on 25th March at Wear Valley Crematorium, Bishop Auckland, at 2.30pm. I'm so sorry to see the death of Nancy. We were in contact some years ago when Nancy helped me solve some family history queries (Nancy married my Mum's cousin Robert). Heart goes out to all her family - Jean Hall-Moon (Canberra, Australia)

Nancy was such a lovely lady and although we hadn’t known her that long it felt she was a good friend. Sitting chatting with her in the Corner Bistro about old times and traditions in Scotland was always a joy.
Sadly missed.
Our thoughts are with Robert and his family.
