Edgar NormanESCOFFERYESCOFFERY - EDGAR NORMAN, March 9, 2020. Peacefully at home aged 103, surrounded by his loving family. Now reunited with his beloved wife Marion, son Edgar (junior) and grandson Nathan. Edgar will be very sadly missed by his family, and everyone who knew and loved him. Funeral service will take place at St. Margaret's CE Church, Princes Road, L8 on Wednesday March 18th 2020 at 1.15 pm followed by committal and interment at Allerton Cemetery at 2.30 pm. All enquiries to Leadbetter & Murphy Funeral Directors, 274a Smithdown Road, Liverpool, L15 5AJ, tel. 0151-733 3323 where Edgar will be resting until Friday, he will then rest at his home address from Monday March 16th

It had been my privilege to meet and speak with you,whenever I visited late Mrs Christine Cole & daughter Mabel.
You were truly a source of inspiration and fond of history.I will always remember when we held conversations : you rattling long historical facts,some of which you actually took part in.I learnt so much from you.

The picture I posted of Dad and my Mum is so special to me, my mum was going through dementia, so my brother Lenford White took my mum to visit Edgar to reminisce, Dad rekindled her memories, and put that big smile on her face, I am so grateful to Dad and Lenford for doing that. My other Dad Edgar YNWA GBNF.
