(Pauline) Nee Pinches OnlyEVANS5 days after her beloved husband Tony passed, the family sadly announces Pauline aged 70 years of Clayton and formerly of Shelton passed away peacefully after a short illness on Sunday 23rd June 2013 at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire, a much loved mother of Wendy and Paul, dear mother-in-law of Craig and Yvonne, treasured grandmother of Sarah, Michael and Craig, cherished great-grandmother of Jamie and Gracie and a loving sister of Margaret, Elaine, Phillip, Yvonne, Susan and the late Peter. Pauline will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends. Funeral service and cremation to take place on Thursday 4th July at 2.00pm at Bradwell Crematorium. Will relatives please accept this intimation, friends kindly meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Alzheimer's UK. Funeral arrangements entrusted to: CO-OPERATIVE FUNERALCARE 1 Park Avenue, Wolstanton. Telephone 711244 / 315238 / 838724
