Funeral service at Swansea Crematorium on Thursday 21st October at 2.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Ward R, Morriston Hospital may be sent to David Hitchings & Sons Independent Funeral Directors, 34 Frampton Rd, Gorseinon, Swansea. SA4 4XY.
