Luke JamesFORTESadly passed away on Wednesday 1st December 2021, aged 21 years. Luke was born to Rachel and Noel Forte. Stepson and stepbrother to Wendy Forte, Emily Horn and Oliver Horn. Luke was a spiritual person who loved to help others. He enjoyed working in the fashion and music industry, as a model and as a photographer. His passion for music lead him to writing music reviews and producing music. Funeral service to be held at Trent Valley Crematorium, Derby Road, Aston on Trent, Derby, DE72 2AF on Friday 14th January 2022 at 1.30pm. Flowers have been arranged by the family and we would kindly request that a donation is made to the following charity please.
