Dr John RobertFOSTER OBEPassed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on May 12th, aged 87 years. John proudly served as Chief Executive of Middlesbrough Council from 1973 to 1995. Beloved husband of Millie, much loved Dad of Mark, Paul and Carl, Grandad of Eli, Harry, Jasmine and Miles and dearest Uncle to Barry Cowan. A funeral service will take place on Thursday May 26th at 11am in St. Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium. Donations in lieu of flowers are for Magic Breakfast. A collection box will be available following the service. Any enquiries can be made to Rea Funeral Service, 10 Three Tuns Wynd, Stokesley, TS9 5DQ Tel: 01642 711999.
