Brian JosephFOYFormer Headmaster, Fosseway Junior School and St. Mary's School, aged 89 years, died peacefully on 30th July. Survived by Margaret his wife, his children Jane and Simon, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mr Foy was my headmaster at Fosseway Junior school only for only around a year or two before Mr Pope took over and I have to say what a lovely man he was and was a pleasure to have known him. May he rest in peace. Condolences to his family x

Mr Foy was an amazing head teacher. His musicals were amazing and inspiring. They are my favourite memory from Junior school.

What a lovely man Brian Foy was - a great headmaster with a fantastic sense of humour. My boys Paul and Luke Mansfield liked him very much and were saddened when I told them he had died. RIP Brian
