John Raymond (Jack)FRAZERPassed away peacefully in hospital on 15th July 2020, aged 72. Loving dad to John and Janet, father in law to Sarah and David, grandad to Alex. He will be greatly missed by all family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Tynemouth Crematorium on Wednesday 29th July at 1.30pm. No flowers please, donations in lieu if desired can be made online via The Chronicle to Palliative Care Unit at North Tyneside General Hospital.
