FRENCHPatricia Ann (nee Driscoll) Passed away peacefully on Thursday 16th June 2016 at Derriford Hospital, aged 76 years. Reunited with loving husband Terry. Beloved mum of Liam and daughter-in-law Caroline, much loved granny of Tamsin and Hannah, doting great granny to Ethan and Kaycee. Always in our thoughts and will be sadly missed. Rest in peace. Funeral service will take place at Efford Crematorium on Thursday 7th July at 2:00pm. Flowers welcome or, if desired, donations can be made to the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society.
