MayGAFFNEY (Steele)Steele Newcastle Peacefully on April 8th, aged 78 years. May, beloved wife of George, dearly loved mother of Carole, Peter, Steven and Vivienne, loving mother-in-law of Peter, Kim, Julie and Alan, an adored nana of David and Amy, Christopher, Rebecca and Mark, Jordan, Ally, Joseph and the late Michael. Treasured great nana of James, Vinny and Erin, a much loved sister, aunt and friend. May was deeply loved and will be very sadly missed by all who knew her. Due to current circumstances a small family service will take place at 12:30 on Friday, April 24th at West Road Crematorium. A memorial service to celebrate Mays life will take place at a later date.
