Very saddened to hear of the loss of Mr Glenville. He was a lovely man and a much-respected teacher, both in and out of the pool. Terry taught me to swim and was a role model for me as I grew up and inspired my own swimming career due to his outstanding swimming achievements. It was like taking a trip down memory lane, when my son could be taught to swim by Terry, at the same pool I swam in. Terry’s consistent humour whilst teaching and banter with the parents, always made swimming lessons good fun. He will be sadly missed and always remembered. Much love to all his family at this sad time. Paul, Esther, Henry, and Emerson Callis xx
