ThomasGRAHAM (Tom)GRAHAM - THOMAS (Tom), April 29th 2021. Passed away peacefully at Ysbyty Gwynedd of 24 Ffordd Dolafon, Llangefni aged 78 years. Loving husband of Pat, cherished father of Louise, Mark, Tracy and Terianne, father-in-law of Helen and Richard, proud taid of Siân, Ffion, Danielle, Jessica, Nathan and Thomas and great taid of Luca. He will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends. Funeral on Monday May 10th, due to current COVID-19 restrictions, private graveside service at Llangefni Town Cemetery at 11.00a.m. Family flowers only but donations in memory will be kindly accepted towards Park Glas Surgery, Bodorgan c/o Melvin Rowlands Funeral Directors, Minafon Chapel of Rest, Glanhwfa Road, Llangefni, Anglesey, LL77 7FE.
