AlanGRIFFITHSSuddenly, but peacefully after a short illness on 15th September at the Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend, Alan, aged 69 years, of Lawns Cottage, Ystradowen. Retired dentist of Tonypandy. Dearly loved husband of Jackie, much loved father of Rhian, Elen and Jonathan, father-in-law of Geraint and Alex, devoted Taid of Tom, Osian and George, and a dear brother of Brian. Alan will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Funeral Tuesday 5th October. Service and cremation at Coychurch Crematorium, Bridgend at 2.15pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu may be made to the British Lung Foundation c/o Mel & Ron Watkins Funeral Services, 2, Hilda House, The Square, Pencoed, Bridgend CF35 5NP. Tel: 01656 860545.
