Devoted husband of Julia & dearest father to Tudor, Huw, Gareth, Harriet & the late Magdalen. He will be truly missed by all that knew him. Resting at James Summers & Son, Roath until the funeral service in St Margaret's Church, Roath on Monday 24th January at 1pm followed by a private family committal service. Mr (Teifion) Griffiths was my Headmaster 1980-1984. Lovely photos of a much loved and respected man who played such an important start to my life. Thank you RIP.

A good friend and a highly respected headteacher. Strict but compassionate, no pupil was excluded during his stewardship of St Teilo’s Church in Wales High School. Full of educational strategies full of educational strategies, a fine raconteur, narrator of staff pantomimes for the school, a wily slow bowler in the staff cricket team, a connoisseur of fine food, wine and cigars he will be sadly missed by all who new him.
Our love goes to Julia,Tudor, Huw, Gareth and Harriet and our prayers are with you not forgetting dear Maggie who also sadly passed away recently.
