Peacefully in hospital on 20th February 2009, aged 81 years, Alfred (Alfie), beloved husband of Joyce, much loved dad of Christine and Valerie, a loving grandad of Lindsey, Stephen and John and a dear brother to John. Will be sadly missed. Friends please meet for a Funeral Service and cremation at Saltwell Crematorium, on Thursday 26th February at 3.00pm. Family flowers only please, a donation in lieu of flowers may be made if desired to Macmillan Cancer Care at the crematorium. All enquiries to Watsons Funeral Directors, Gateshead. Tel.
