GeoffreyHAMMONDGEOFFREY W HAMMOND Kath, Anthony, Tracy, Jane and families in their recent sad bereavement, would like to express their sincere and grateful thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence, floral tributes and donations received in memory of Geoff for The British Heart Foundation. Kath would like to take this opportunity to express her heartfelt thanks to her three wonderful children for all their care and support. Thanks are also extended to Ruth Jones and colleagues at Co-operative Funeralcare for their professional and dignified arrangements and to Father Peter Burke for his kind and comforting ministrations.
