GeoffreyHAMMONDGEOFFREY W HAMMOND Geoff aged 69 years of Macclesfield (formerly of Sale), peacefully passed away after a long illness on Sunday 26 September 2010. Dearly loved Husband of Kathleen, much loved Dad of Anthony, Tracy and Jane and a loving Grandad, Brother and Uncle who will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A Requiem Mass will take place in St Alban's Church, Macclesfield on Friday 8 October 2010 at 12.00noon, followed by interment into the family grave in Macclesfield Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent for The British Heart Foundation. Enquiries to: Co-operative Funeralcare, 25 High Street, Macclesfield. Tel: 01625 422583
