JeffreyHARTSHORNPeacefully passed away in the early hours of Monday 26th July 2021 surrounded by his family at his home in Biddulph. Jeffrey, formerly of Kidsgrove aged 68 years. He was a wonderful Husband to Laura and loving Dad to Jeffrey and Step Dad to Tracy, Sarah and Michael. He was also a much loved Grandad, Uncle, Brother-in-Law and Friend who will be truly missed. Funeral service to take place on Friday 13th August 2021 at Carmountside Crematorium at 12.30pm. Will family and friends please meet at the Crematorium.
