David FHAYESPassed away peacefully at Shelton Lock Care Home on Tuesday 31st October 2023, aged 86 years.

Much loved Husband, Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad.

He will be missed by his family and many friends.

A service will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium on Tuesday 28th November 2023 at 11.30am. Family flowers only please, however donations may be made in lieu for Cancer Research UK and RNIB.
