JohnHENDERSONOn the 13th June 2021, peacefully after a long illness John Henderson, aged 89 years, formerly Director of Architecture with Dumfries and Galloway Regional Council. Beloved husband of Marbeth, loving father of Wendy and Linda, father-in-law of Michael and Denton, loving grandfather of Sarah, Stuart and David. Due to current circumstances the cortege will leave from the family home on Thursday the 24th June at 1:15pm via Georgetown Road, Gillbrae Road, Craigs Road, St Michael's Street, passing St Michael's Church, Brooms Road to the Annan Road onwards to the ceremony. Family flowers only.

The best neighbour anyone could ask for and a true gentleman, will be sorely missed. Was a pleasure to have known you and Marbeth, i hold many happy memories of get togethers and raising a glass to the new year.
