Dan was a much liked and respected friend to many of us at St. Brendan's College, Bristol in the 50's & 60's. May his good soul rest in peace. Bernie Davis Toronto, Canada.

It was a privilege to know Dan and enjoy his company on many social occasions over the years We shared a great love of Irish rugby through the good times and the bad ! He was a generous , giving man with great wisdom and a wicked sense of humour ! Dan showed incredible courage and faith in dealing with the last few years . He will be sorely missed by all of us . May he rest in peace .
