MaudHERBERT - TATAMHerbert/Tatam On August 20th 2002, at the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary, Maud, aged 49 years, of Chaddesden, passed away peacefully. Loving partner of Paul, much loved mum of Melanie, Sara and Laura, loved grandma to Bethany and George. Maud will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends. Forever in our hearts and memories. Funeral Friday August 30th, service and cremation 2.15pm at Markeaton Crematorium. Floral tributes or donations in lieu for 'The Stroke Association (Derby Dysphasia)' may be sent to the Midlands Co-Operative Funeral Service, 177, Chaddesden Lane, Chaddesden, Derby DE21 6LJ. All enquiries telephone 01332-281442.
