Funeral service to be held at St James' Church, Longton on Monday, 31st January at 2p.m. followed by cremation at Bradwell Crematorium. Will relatives please accept this intimation and friends kindly meet at the church. Family flowers only please. Donations preferred to British Heart Foundation and The Fire Fighters Charity. I have many lovely memories of Dave and his dad from my childhood and school years. My heart goes out to his close friends and his family. Such a terrible loss at such a young age.
