EileenHOOKPassed away peacefully on 7th October 2019, aged 91 years, with her family by her side. Loved wife of the late John, cherished Mum to Lynn and John, Kay and Ian. Loving Nan and Great Nan. Eileen will be greatly missed by all her family, friends and neighbours. Funeral Service will take place on Friday 25th October at St Giles Church, Village Street, Derby at 1.30pm, followed by committal at Markeaton Crematorium (Round Chapel) at 2.20pm. All flowers welcome and may be sent to Co-operative Funeralcare. 177 Chaddesden Lane, Chaddesden, Derby. Tel 01332 281442
