GavinHOOKHAMPeacefully at home on Saturday 2nd October 2021 after a long illness bravely borne with his wife and daughter by his side, Gavin aged 65 years of Immingham, devoted husband of Di adored dad of Carrie and the "daftest" grandad to Evie and Elsie. Beloved son to Fran and the late Henry, cherished big brother to Claire, treasured godfather to Ben, much loved brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, cousin and a friend to many. Service and committal at Grimsby Crematorium on Thursday 21st October 2021 at 10.30am. No flowers by request please, if desired donations in lieu for Pancreatic Cancer UK may be sent c/o H. & H.J. Huteson & Sons, The Old Chapel, Bluestone Lane, Immingham, DN40 2DX
