JoanneHORNERPassed away peacefully on December 21st 2025 in University Hospital Coventry. Aged 73 years.

Jo will be missed by her family and friends.

Funeral Service will take place at 10:30 am on 22nd January 2026 in Cannon Hill Chapel, Canley Crematorium, Coventry.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired may be left for Alzheimer's Society
