Sydney (Syd)HOUGHTONof Exmouth, retired Royal Marine, passed away peacefully at Exeter RD&E Hospital on Friday 22 April, aged 81 years. Beloved husband of Nancy, dearly loved brother, Uncle and Godfather, he will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral will be held at the Exeter & Devon Crematorium, Topsham Rd, Exeter EX2 6EU on Tuesday 24th May at 3.30pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Hospiscare, donate online at hospiscare.co.uk

Syd it was a pleasure to have known you. A great example to us youngsters on 8901 all those years ago!
I enjoyed your company at that time and later when l used to pop in and see you at the Uni.
