HazelIRCHA (30th March 2021)30th March 2021 Hazel aged 67 years and from Longton passed away peacefully in hospital following a short illness. The beloved wife of Mick, much loved mum to Linsey, Hayley and Emma and a devoted Nan to Ben, Grace and the late Jamie, Hazel will be sadly missed. Funeral service at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 15th April at 2pm. Mourners please wear something colourful. Donations gratefully received for Ward 113 North Staffs Hospital.
