Michael JohnJACKSON(Framwellgate Moor) Passed away peacefully in hospital on 19th October 2020, aged 89 years. Michael, beloved husband of the late Mary Clyde Jackson (nee. Shepherd). Devoted dad of Tracy and the late Mandy. Michael will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Due to current circumstances, a private service will be held at West Road Crematorium. A donation may be made in memory of Michael to St Oswald's Hospice.

Michael loved planes! On his visit to Trevor and Sandra in Canada in 2005 he was thrilled to see Martin Mars, the largest floatplane water bomber and a "flying crane helicopter.

Michael was a wonderful brother -- patient, good humoured, and exceptionally willing to help.
He is pictured on right with sister Bunty (who sadly succumbed to Covid earlier this year), and brother Trevor.
