VeraJACOBSJACOBS - VERA EILEEN on 16th June 2008. Suddenly at Glan Clwyd Hospital of Deganwy aged 87 years. Beloved wife of the late Paul Jacobs, much loved mother of Sandra and Christine and mother-in-law to Ken and Colin, dearly loved grandmother of Darren, Joanne, Ian, Claire and Kate, great grandmother of Rohan, Jake, Erin, Georgia, Nathaniel, Miles and Stephanie, loving sister to Kathleen and Hazel and the late Edward, Keneth, Kieth, Peter and Russel, dear friend and sister-in-law to Yvette and sister-in-law to Brenda and Pat. Vera will be sadly missed by all her friends and neighbours and especially Eileen and Ray. Funeral Service takes place at All Saints Church, Deganwy on Tuesday 24th June at 12.00 noon followed by committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium. Family flowers only but donations if so desired towards Cancer Research may be sent c/o A C Lambert & Son Funeral Directors, 69 Conwy Road, Llandudno Junction. Telephone: 01492 581072.
