Patricia (Pat) Nee ReedJONESPassed away peacefully on Saturday 6th April 2013 whilst in the care of Doctors and Staff at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire, Pat aged 77 years of Clayton. Much loved wife of Tom, cherished mum of Dawn, Karen and David, dear mother-in-law of Angela and John, and a much loved nana of Gary, Chloe and Sophie. Pat will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends. Funeral arrangements later. Family flowers only please, donations to the Douglas Macmillan Hospice c/o the family.
