Gwyneth HafJONESJONES - GWYNETH HAF, September 11, 2020. Peacefully at Springholme Care Home, Pentraeth, formerly of Moelfre, aged 92 years. Dearly beloved wife of the late Tommy devoted mother of Glenda and the late Helen and Megan, Nain to Marjorie, Joyce, Christina Georgia and Logan, and cherished Great Nain, loving sister to Beti and the late Harri and Jenk. Private graveside service at Llanallgo Churchyard due to the current circumstances on Friday September 25th at 2.00 pm. The hearse will be driving through Moelfre at approximately 1.45 pm and passing Carmel Chapel and on to Llanallgo.
