Loving daughter of the late Grace Harris, beloved mum to her four sons Denis, Ian, Richard and Stuart, and cherished Nan, mother in law, sister, sister in law and Aunty. Pat's love for others and caring nature will be greatly missed Resting at A G Adams Funeralcare until the private family service on Friday 30th October at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium.
