John Gordon (Gordon)LAMBOf Belper, passed away peacefully at his home on May 4th 2022 aged 74 years after a short illness bravely borne. Beloved husband of Christine, devoted father of Kathryn and James, father in law of Ian and Amanda, brother of Sheila, brother in law of David, Sandra, Stephen and Richard, much loved grandad of Isabella, William and Jack, an uncle, great uncle and good friend of many. A service to celebrate the life of Gordon will be held at Central Methodist Church, Chapel Street, Belper on Wednesday 25th May at 11:00am followed by a private cremation at Amber Valley Memorial Park, Swanwick. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired made payable to Treetops Hospice can be sent to Joseph Allen & Sons, 17 Field Lane, Belper DE56 1DE. He will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends.
