SallyLEWIN (Née Collicott)(Née Collicott) Passed away peacefully on 29th December 2021, aged 76 years. Reunited with her beloved husband, David. Much loved Mum to Mark and Brent and Mother-in-law to Nikki. Proud and loving Grandma to Callum and Freya. A friend to many who will be dearly missed. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 19th January at 10:30am in Cannon Hill Chapel, Canley Crematorium.
