Irene Margaret PatriciaLEWISJohnston, Pembrokeshire The death occurred peacefully at Fairfield Nursing Home, Johnston on Tuesday 7th March 2017 of Mrs. Irene Margaret Patricia Lewis, aged 82 years, formerly of Mackintosh Place, Cardiff. Irene was loved dearly and will be greatly missed by all her family, friends and the staff at Fairfield. The funeral service will take place on Thursday 30th March 2017 at 12.15pm at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth.
