Carol AnnLLEWELYN (née Howell)née Howell Passed away peacefully in the tender care of Hafan Y Coed Care Home on July 7th, Carol Ann, beloved wife and soulmate of Ryland, precious Mam of Claire, dear mother-in-law of Mike, cherished grandmother of Tom, Joe and Sian, loving sister to Jimmy and Ray, much loved aunt to Mark, Diane and all her nieces and nephews. Cortege departing Carol Ann's home at 11:30 on Monday July 20th, prior to a private family funeral service. Family flowers only please; donations in lieu welcomed, made payable to Hafan Y Coed Residents Fund, via: justgiving.com/crowdfunding/66callewelyn.
