Thomas WilliamMAYFIELD (Tom)Tom Passed away peacefully after a short illness at the Royal Derby Hospital on 5th January 2021 aged 91 years. A much loved Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad. A service for Tom will take place at Trent Valley Crematorium on Wednesday 20th January 2021, but due to restrictions the service will be private. Family flowers only.
