In loving memory of Mick who was taken far too soon. We are very saddened that he is no longer with us and send love to his family, especial hugs for Rachel who has lost her loving Dad. We remember many adventures with him, walking the Malvern Hills ( he had to lead from the front) and skiing in Italy lending a hand and chuckling when helping people to their feet, often following undignified tumbles in the snow. When his favourite green jacket went missing believed stolen his good humour took over, as in the photo. Mick you are sorely missed. Peace be with you. Love Jan, Mark and Lila

Such a shock to hear of Mick's passing. We will miss you at Croyde Mick- on the tennis court, the long walk, those crunching football tackles and Pop will miss you in the pub. With lots of love Sarah, Rich, Jacob, Daniel, Emily, Sophie, Kate, Jean, Iain and Jack xxx

It was a great shock to hear of Michael’s passing. Some fond memories involving football, beer and laughs. He would attend Birmingham City with me and Rochdale away at Kidderminster often tied in with a visit to Brum. We both shared enthusiasm for Pauline McHale’s cooked breakfast and popping to his local for a drink. So many people knew him there and his popularity wouldn’t go unnoticed. Circumstances meant that I lost touch with Michael but good memories prevail. To this day I fail to understand why he ate chocolate and cheese and onion crisps in that sequence! I know he will be missed by many especially his close family.
RIP Michael.
