JackMELBOURNEPassed away suddenly on 20th December 2021 aged 55 years. A much loved son of the late Jack and Elsie, brother to Jill and Jean, brother-in-law to Colin and David, uncle to Richard, John, Jillian and Samantha and a great-uncle to Olivia, Jacob, Lottie and Harvey. Funeral service to be held on Thursday 6th January, 3.30pm at the Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby. No flowers please, but donations to Alzheimer's Society may be left at the service. At the family's request, casual attire may be worn. Resting at: Hortons Funeral Directors 557-563 Spring Bank West. Tel. 01482 354246
