JohnMELMOTHOf Chilton Polden, formerly of Glastonbury and Street passed away peacefully at home on 9th November 2024 aged 83 years.
A dearly loved Husband to Pat, Dad to Karen and Kay, Grandad to Rhoda, Mike, Isaac and Drew, and Great Grandad to Reuben. Joe will be deeply missed by all of his family and friends.
Funeral service to be held at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Friday 6th December 2024 at 1pm. The family request that informal wear and colours are worn to the service.
