EdnaMILLER(Nee Windsor) Peacefully at Scunthorpe General Hospital, on 13th June 2016, aged 90 years. Wife of the late Bill, loving mum of Freda and Philip, and a much loved mother in law, grandma and great grandma. A service will be held at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe on Tuesday 28th June at 12pm. No flowers by Edna's request, donations in her memory will be shared between Cancer Research UK and British Heart Foundation, and may be made following the service or sent c/o J Naylor Funeral Directors, Comforts Avenue, Scunthorpe DN15 6PN Tel (01724) 280082

My heartfelt sympathy to Edna’s family. Edna and I said our farewells to each other last year, during my visit to Scunthorpe from Texas, however, I was still very sad to hear of her passing. She was a feisty old Lincolnshire lass with a quick tongue and heart as big as Texas! I shall miss her presence during future visits. She missed my Mum and I know that my Mum is watching out for her now, probably sharing a sherry or two!
