Jack WilliamMILLWARDSuddenly on July 26th aged 25 years. Adored son of Joanne and the late Peter, dearly loved partner of Andrea, grandson of Joan and the late Jack, Doris and the late Peter. Cherished brother of Chrissy, Michael, Matthew and the late Joseph. Beloved nephew of Lesley, Mark, Julie, Janice and the late Don. Crazy uncle of Dillan, Jessica, Olivia, Louie, Jacob, Ava Jean, William and Otis. Dearly loved also by Gary, Joey and Carl (his brother chow). Friend to many. Funeral service and cremation takes place on Tuesday August 16th at 1.30pm in St Bedes Chapel, Teesside Crematorium. Will friends please meet at the crematorium chapel. Family flowers only, donation in lieu if so desired to The Headlight Project, donation box to be provided after the service. We once had something special That money couldn't buy. That special gift was you Jack. Now we have to say goodbye. Softly from the shadows there came a gentle call with farewells left unspoken You quietly left us all. Enjoy the cuddles with Joseph son, hope you're finally at peace. Love you all the way to the moon and back always! Mam XXX
