John will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Private funeral Monday 21st September. No flowers by request, but donations in lieu if desired to Macmillan Cancer Support, Supporter Donations, Camelford House, 87-90 Albert Embankment, London, SE1 7UQ.
