RonaldMCKEOWN (Ron)Ron Passed away peacefully at Abbeydale Nursing Home, Darley Abbey, on Friday 13th August 2021. Beloved husband of Pauline, much loved dad of Jane, Jonny, and the late Elizabeth, and loving grandad. Ron will be sadly missed by his family and friends, especially Tes and Jill. Funeral service to be held at St Edmunds Church, Allestree on Wednesday 1st September 2021 at 1.30pm followed by the committal at Markeaton Crematorium at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired will be shared between Cancer Research Uk and The Brain Tumour Charity. These can be made online at www.georgesimnett.co.uk or given at the service. We miss having chats and coffee at the cafe in Darley Park. You were only in our lives for a short time, but you made a lasting impression and Steve and i have fond memories of our daily catch ups. We shall continue meeting up with Pauline.
