PhilomenaOLIVERA former teacher, age 85 years, passed away on the 30th September after an accident a few days earlier. Much loved sister of Anne, Tony and Alby, Philomena will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews at home and abroad. Much travelled and an ardent supporter of the "Boro" and lover of the horse racing, she will be missed by all who knew her. The funeral service will commence with her body being brought into St Andrews Catholic Church in Teesville at 4pm on the 26 October, with her Requiem Mass being held the following day, 27 October at 12:15pm. A private interment will follow at Eston Cemetery. Due to the current circumstances, a memorial service will be organized at a later date. Family flowers only have been requested, with any donations being made in lieu to CAFOD. Enquiries to Fawcett and Hetherington Funeral Service 01642 459555.
