DianaPHILLIPS -Bu farw ar 16 Tachwedd 2021 yn Ward Moelwyn, Ysbyty Gwynedd, yn 83 mlwydd oed. Mam gariadus David a Paul, a nain hoffus Stephen, Cara a Harri, a'r ddiweddar Anna bach, hefyd partner ymroddedig i Derrick. Angladd dydd Iau, 9 Rhagfyr. Gwasanaeth yn Eglwys Sant Mihangel, Y Fali am 11.00 o'r gloch. Rhoddir i orffwys ym Mynwent Eglwys Llantrisant. Dim blodau, ond derbynnir rhoddion yn ddiolchgar er cof am Diana tuag at Sefydliad Anna Phillips, elusen cofrestredig trwy law Griffith Roberts a'i Fab, Preswylfa, Fali. Ffôn 01407 740 940. Passed away 16 November 2021 in Moelwyn ward, Ysbyty Gwynedd aged 83 years. Loving mother of David and Paul, and fond grandmother of the late Anna, and of Stephen, Cara and Harri, also devoted partner of Derrick. Funeral Thursday, 9 December. Service at St Michael's Church, Valley at 11.00 a.m. followed by interment at Llantrisant Churchyard. Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Diana gratefully received for the Anna Phillips Foundation, a registered charity per Griffith Roberts & Son, Preswylfa, Valley. Sending Love and Condolences to the family of Diana.

Though we couldn't attend in person to say Our goodbyes Diana.
Derrick (my dad) and myself did watch your beautiful and touching service online.
You and my Dad had many Happy Adventures & Holidays over the years together. Then when Dad got ill you stepped up and looked after him 24/7.
In June my Dad came home to Yorkshire to be with his family as you needed to be taken care of too due to ill health.
If there had been Any other way you would have both stayed together. But sadly you couldn't
I am forever grateful to you for taking such good care of my Dad over the years.
You may not be with us in person Di,
But you will be
Forever in Our Thoughts
Forever in Our Hearts
Rest in Peace
